We want you to love your GLYÀURA purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, our returns are limited to unopened, unused, and sealed items. This policy explains the conditions, timelines, and steps to request a return or refund.
2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in the original sealed packaging.
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- A valid order number or receipt is required.
- Returns must be pre‑authorised by us before you ship anything back.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or unsealed skincare products (unless defective).
- Gift cards and e‑gift cards.
- Free gifts, promotional items, samples, or final‑sale items.
- Items returned without prior authorisation.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email us: contact info@glyaura.com with your order number, the item(s), and reason for return.
- Wait for approval: we’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions (RMA) and the correct return address.
- Pack securely: keep items in original packaging. Include the RMA in the parcel.
- Ship with tracking: use a trackable service and keep proof of postage.
Unapproved parcels or returns sent to the wrong address may be refused or not refunded.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind / not wanted: customer pays return shipping.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we will cover reasonable return shipping once approved.
Return shipping rates vary depending on your location and chosen courier service, and you are responsible for ensuring the item reaches us safely.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Timing may vary by your payment provider.
- Shipping fees (original delivery) are non‑refundable, unless your item was defective or incorrect.
- We may deduct any unrecoverable courier fees or import duties if applicable.
- If an item is not returned in its original condition, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. For other cases, please request a refund and place a new order.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include photos of the parcel, the product, and the packing slip so we can resolve it quickly.

- Once dispatched, please follow the returns process above.
- Under UK law, the right to cancel may not apply to sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection if unsealed after delivery.
