1. Overview

We currently ship within the UK and offer two delivery options. Delivery estimates are provided by our couriers and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly.

2. Delivery Options & Prices

  • Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): Price displayed at checkout. Delivery aim only.
  • Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland): £2.99. Order by the cut‑off (see below). Delivery aim only; may vary due to carrier or external factors.
Important: Delivery times are aims, not guarantees. Network delays (e.g., weather, strikes, peak season) can extend timelines.

3. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Cut‑off for same‑day dispatch: orders placed by 2:30 pm (Mon–Fri) aim to dispatch the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cut‑off, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays dispatch the next business day.
  • Pre‑orders or back‑orders will ship when stock becomes available (you’ll be notified).

4. Delivery Timeframes (May Vary)

Estimated delivery windows are provided by the courier and can vary by destination, service traffic, or operational issues. Remote areas may take longer.

  • Standard: usually arrives within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Next Day: usually arrives the next business day after dispatch (orders placed by 2:30 pm), but can vary.

5. Tracking & Updates

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link when your order leaves our facility.
  • Tracking events can take a few hours to update after dispatch.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
  • Be available to receive the parcel or collect from a designated pickup point/depot if a delivery is missed.
  • If you request delivery to a safe place or neighbour, you accept responsibility for loss or damage after the courier marks it as delivered.

7. Limits of Liability & Delays

  • GLYÀURA is not liable for delays caused by courier networks, incorrect/incomplete addresses, adverse weather, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Delivery fees are non‑refundable once the order is dispatched, except where required by law.
  • Where a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will replace or refund the order according to the courier’s investigation outcome.

8. Address Changes & Missed Deliveries

  • We can’t change the delivery address after dispatch. If you need to amend details, contact us **before** the cut‑off.
  • If a delivery is missed, please use the courier’s redelivery or pickup options provided in your tracking.
